 Welcome to NNM Connect

Do you know a business that could benefit from

  • financial or technical assistance?
  • Management guidance?
  • Better market research?
  • More contacts?

Getting the word out about NNM CONNECT and referring entrepreneurs to its programs will help grow local businesses and strengthen our Northern New Mexico economy. And asking entrepreneurs how we can help them will strengthen our programs. The attached PDF outlines initial NNM CONNECT programs and provides direct contact information.

Northern New Mexico CONNECT is fueled by LANS and LANL, in partnership with the RDC. NNM Connect is growing an ecosystem for enterprise development and networking for long term economic growth in NNM. NNM Connect connects entrepreneurs with global resources for greater regional impact. It is designed to help build an innovation community in NNM through the investment of stakeholders.

There are four principal goals for NNM Connect: Advance entrepreneur success through enterprise development, networking and education Link entrepreneurs to sources of funding Foster an entrepreneurial community and culture Engage the community to invest in NNM CONNECT as a sustainable entity The Los Alamos National Security LLC (LANS) has organized a team from Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Regional Development Corporation and a variety of business and economic development partners to cultivate relationships that foster entrepreneurial success.

The Regional Development Corporation in Santa Fe will act as the overall program manager and fiscal agent for NNM Connect due to their exceptional economic development capabilities and reputation. The RDC is also engaged in promoting diversification of the regional economy-an important consideration given the Lab's historical dominant role.
