Expert coaching for companies facing a strategic decision

Springboard provides expert coaching for companies facing a strategic decision such as securing funding, verifying a business model, building a management team, or penetrating a new market.

In the Springboard process, the entrepreneur or CEO makes a presentation on the company’s strategic decision or business challenge to a customized panel of experts. The panel may include CEOs, investors, serial entrepreneurs, thought leaders, industry experts, attorneys and marketing or public relations executives. The panel provides direct coaching to help the company evaluate its trajectory. Interaction with the panel also allows the company to develop a network with experienced business leaders from New Mexico and high-growth technology centers in the US.

Springboard candidates are technology companies and entrepreneurs with high-growth potential in any stage of development, from concept to growth. Potential candidates submit an on-line application. Once selected, the company will receive in-depth coaching prior to their Springboard presentation. Springboards are typically held two to three times per year.
